FAQ
Are your rooms suitable for all audiences?
Our rooms stand out because we explore three very different themes:
- The first one immerses us in a legendary world and appeals to a wide audience, with content suitable for ages 9 and up; it’s particularly well-suited for families, but also for anyone who loves adventure.
- Our second theater is reserved for mature audiences and is open only to those 18 and older; ID will be checked before the start of each screening.
- The third room immerses you in a magical and epic world inspired by the realm of wizards. Suitable for ages 12 and up, it appeals to a wide audience and promises an immersive adventure filled with puzzles, teamwork, and mystery.
- Unfortunately, our rooms are not accessible to people with disabilities or limited mobility.
What game languages are available?

We made a reservation for 4 people, but we'd like to add one more person. Is that possible?
- You can add one or more people, up to the maximum number allowed for the session. To do so, please call us to make the change.
We made a reservation for 4 people, but there will only be 3 of us in the end. What should we do?
- No problem, as long as the group size doesn't drop below 2 participants. However, please let us know in advance, as you will not be eligible for a refund.
How long does the session last, and when do we need to be there?
- We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your session begins so we can go over the safety guidelines, explain the plot of your game, and give you time to store your personal belongings in the lockers provided.
- The game lasts 60 minutes, after which there will be a discussion where you can share your thoughts or ask questions with the Game Master, who will be available to assist you.
- You should plan to spend about 1:30 hours there.
What rules do we need to follow?
- You must store your cell phones, cameras, flashlights, Swiss Army knives, and sunglasses in your locker. Remember that the Game Master is watching you throughout the course and will stop the session if anyone fails to follow these instructions.
- Hitting doors, walls, or decorative objects is strictly prohibited.
- Deliberately and repeatedly pushing oneself is also prohibited.
What should we wear?
- Dress comfortably and avoid clothes that are too delicate.
- For safety reasons, stiletto heels are strictly prohibited in our facilities.
Are we locked in or locked out of the rooms?
- No, you are not locked in and left to fend for yourselves for safety reasons. There are emergency buttons available that allow you to exit at any time.
Do you accept groups for team-building events or bachelor/bachelorette parties that include a pre-party?
- Yes, we are happy to host groups for team building events, bachelor or bachelorette parties or other private events with drinks.
Please contact us at least two weeks in advance. We will then offer different packages and pricing options for pre-dinner drinks, suited to your group.
Can I host my birthday party at your venue?
- No, unfortunately, our facilities do not allow us to host birthday parties.
Is the Saw game scary?
- We are unable to assess your susceptibility to anxiety, but please be aware that our teams have gone to great lengths to recreate extreme situations. This is why we can only admit adults. To this end, we ask that you ensure the following:
- You need to be able to rely on someone (a leader) who isn’t claustrophobic!
- Don't be sensitive about your hearing!
- Don’t be a cardiac!

- Don’t be afraid of getting attached.
- Don’t be afraid of sensitive images or situations.
- Know how to stay calm even if others are stressed.
